Meet Stephanie Founder of Belax & Co.
Licensed Massage Therapist | Relaxation & Therapeutic Specialist Hi, I’m Stephanie, founder of Belax & Co. I started this journey in 2021 after a sweet moment with my daughter. She was trying to say relax and instead told me, “Mommy, just belax… just be and belax.” That moment touched me deeply and became the heart behind everything I’ve built here. I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2007 and have worked in a variety of settings - from spas and clinics to chiropractic offices. I’m trained in multiple massage techniques, but my true passion lies in creating space for relaxation, therapeutic touch, and inner healing - helping people slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with themselves. Outside of the treatment room, I stay active in my community. I volunteer at my kids’ school and with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Giving back and staying involved keeps me grounded and inspired. I’ve also worked in the dental field, processed insurance claims and reports, managed customer service, organized vendor events, and helped businesses with marketing. From restaurants and retail to childcare, every role has added to the way I care for and support others. Belax & Co. is proudly Latina-owned - built with heart, rooted in community, and open to all.
